• Return calls to requestor approving or denying access dependent on property management’s requirements, protocols and or standards

• Document all work performed within the building’s telecom rooms

• Provide on-net building carrier audit report

Wired Solutions will take all inbound access requests via email or phone. Wired Solutions will in turn contact the building’s assigned personnel to explain the requestor’s work. Thereon, depending on the building’s requirements and procedures, Wired Solutions will return the call and or email to the requestor to inform him/ her of the approved or denied access.

Project Managing & Consulting Services

• Review Service provider’s (carrier) design and proposals

• Perform onsite survey with carriers to further discuss details 

• Review the design and scope of work with property managers & engineering team to address concerns

• Inform and advise the building management’s team of the detailed work

• Return all feedback to the carriers depending on building protocols and procedures

• Provide timelines and or updates to the property management’s assigned team as carriers install or perform proposed work

• Follow the project from beginning to end with foreseeable timelines

• Help building teams keep up to date with carrier buy-outs, mergers, and bankruptcies to ensure equipment is safe guarded and or removed from the premises

• Access to expertise & tailored programs to ensure all work performed by others are by code and building standards

• Perform ALL low voltage cable installations within the building’s infrastructure to and by industry code

• Perform ALL installations between the building’s telecom rooms, carriers’ demarcation points or MPOE and the tenant’s space, suite server room

As the in-house cabling vendor, Wired Solutions helps CRE management teams gain back valuable time to enable them to focus on important CRE day to day operations. As the trusted in-house vendor, the building’s personnel will need to be less involved with the processes of screening, filing multiple certificates of insurance (COI), escorting, identifying routes, pathways etc. Each building is assigned a team to ensure familiarity with the building’s processes and procedures.
